Every month, we meet for several live calls to explore somatic & emotional healing, soul-aligned relationships, and the unraveling of our deepest essence.

We practice together in embodiment sessions, sisterhood connection calls, meet guest teachers from around the world, and share our journeys in a private space that keeps us connected between calls.
